Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Kero-Dev (kero-dev.tech) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, scripts, and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice", including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our website (URL).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
  • Notify the party that posted the material, where applicable.
  • Terminate access for repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
